This notice only applies to our website. It does not apply to:

  • Our tokenisation infrastructure and services (which have a separate privacy notice); or
  • The Assetize Issuer Platforms, which are operated by other Assetize Group entities under their own privacy notices.

We are a company registered in Jersey (registration number 163233) and our registered office is at 2nd Floor, The Le Gallais Building, 54 Bath Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE1 1FW. 

We are the controller of personal data collected via this website and are subject to the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

2. What We Collect

When you visit our website, we may collect:

  • Information you give us - your name, email address, organisation and enquiry details when you submit a contact form, issuer application or request platform access.
  • Technical information - your IP address, device identifiers, browser information, page views and clicks, collected automatically through cookies. See the Cookies section below for details.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health information or political opinions) via this website.

Our service providers (such as Webflow, Typeform and Google) may process personal data outside Jersey and/or other jurisdictions assessed as adequate. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls and secure hosting. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Enquiry and contact data - up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless we establish an ongoing relationship
  • Marketing data - until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a record that you opted out.
  • Analytics data - up to 14 months for Google Analytics; Webflow analytics for 12 months / in accordance with our hosting provider’s retention settings.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  1. access the personal data we hold about you;
  2. ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  3. ask us to delete your  data (in certain circumstances);
  4. object to our processing of your data;
  5. ask us to restrict processing of your data; and
  6. withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within four weeks.

We do not  use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

9. Marketing

You will receive marketing communications from us only if you have subscribed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or contacting us.

We will not share your data with third parties for their marketing without your consent.
